The annual Research4Life General Partners’ Meeting will take place on July 18, hosted by the National Academies of Science in Washington D.C. In the morning, you will hear form Research4Life committees involved in a variety of activities vital for the development of the partnership – including technology, marketing, training, and more. The teams will also discuss actions and next steps to actualize Research4Life’s strategy to 2030.

During lunch, a roundtable discussion will provide insights from the Research4Life Technology, Marketing, Capacity Development and Content teams on what it will take to bring the 2030 goals into reality.
In the afternoon, we will host a special event, “Action for Equity: a Research4Life Dialogue”. The event will convene speakers from government, industry and academia working to cultivate an inclusive and equitable scholarly environment. A special session will focus on learnings from the Research4Life Country Connectors, a network of user ambassadors who work to raise awareness, strengthen information use and management capacity, and build local communities in across low- and middle-income countries. It will be followed by a networking reception.
