Governance

The Research4Life governance is as simple and as efficiently structured as possible.
The Executive Council takes strategic and operational decisions and represents the major contributing partners. Teams are assigned by the Executive Council and report back to it. Volunteering for special projects is also an important pillar of the Research4Life structure, and we are grateful to all individuals and their institutions for their time and activities.
Progress is monitored and future developments agreed at the annual General Partners Meeting. This is the governing and authoritative body of Research4Life where decision are taken – and where temporary taskforces are designated to address particular strategic and tactical issues.
The Research4Life partnership established a Code of Conduct that applies to all those conducting work for Research4Life and is intended to act as guidance alongside employers’ codes of conduct.
