What are the responsibilities of the Institution (clause 2.13)?
The Institution must
- monitor and enforce the agreement on its premises and among users associated with the Institution including informing the publishers and Research4Life if the Institution learns that a user has violated the agreement.
- seek to ensure any violation is not repeated
- use best efforts to inform authorised Users of the permissions and restrictions stated in the license.
