Research4Life Content – Where Are the Gaps According to Users?

The Research4Life Content Strategy and Policy Committee has been actively identifying gaps in the collection. This webinar will share findings from the 2024 user survey, alongside key insights from focus groups held in April 2025. These conversations reinforced the need for broader subject coverage, particularly in areas like vocational education, business, public policy, and AI, as well as increased inclusion of regional and multilingual content, such as Arabic and African indigenous languages. Participants also pointed to access challenges and called for improved authentication systems, more up-to-date content, and enhanced training and publishing support tailored to users in the Global South.
