New Hinari Users Online Course

A new Hinari Users course will be available for free to users from registered institutions. This three week distance learning course focuses on the basic skills needed to effectively access and download full-text material from the Hinari resources including how to complete keyword searches in Hinari/PubMed and Summon.

The course will take 5-7 hours to complete including the hands-on activities. After the instructors review the submitted exercises and upon successful completion of the course, recipients will receive a certificate.

Registration Dates: 10 – 20 September 2018
Where: Online through ITOCA Moodle platform
Language: English

NOTE: Participants must be from Hinari/Research4Life registered institutions and already have the organizations’ UserID

Hinari is a Research4Life program coordinated by the World Health Organization that offers access to a collection of more than 13,500 journals and 60,000 books and 110 other information resources in the fields of health information. 8,900 institutions in more than 115 eligible countries have registered for the free or low-cost access to the five Research4Life programmes.
